Well the first chapter of 2025 has been completed and what a chapter it was!

There were plenty of highs, getting to look after lots of new and regular guests, updating the website update and finally being able to restart my Facebook page.

But sadly, I said my last goodbye to Obe after his final stay over Christmas and New Year.

Obe has been a regular here since I opened back in 2017 and he was part of The Great Catsby, always willing to show off to anyone who stopped by. I had the pleasure of looking after Obe for more than 40 separate holidays.

Obe was diagnosed with kidney disease last summer, but sadly his health deteriorated over the last few weeks.

Sweet dreams gorgeous boy, I'll never forget you or your humans for letting me be part of your life, rest in paradise 😽
