Hi there, I’m Jenny, the owner, manager, of The Great Catsby Cat Hotel.
After having a bad experience at a cattery with one of my own cats, Lola my Bengal. I set out to create a cat hotel I would want to use for my own cats.
Sadly, I said goodbye to my best friend Lola in December 2020. But she was and always will be the inspiration for everything I do at The Great Catsby.
I currently share my home with Nala, a Maine Coon, and Trixie a Siamese cross, along with my husband and two young sons.

Beautiful cattery, the best for miles around. Individual pet needs are met and exceeded my expectations. Gracie had a lovely stay and enjoyed the climbing posts and ladders, warm comfy beds and sofa. She even had access to fresh air with her own secure viewing platform and cat tv!! Jenny is fantastic, providing daily updates and photos of Gracie. I couldn’t have asked for anything more or any better care. I’d give more stars if I could. Sincere thanks from both me and Gracie.
The Great Catsby Cat Hotel is a boutique boarding cattery with only 7 rooms. The well-being of the cats in my care is my main priority. With only seven rooms I am able to give each and every cat my undivided attention and fuss throughout the day.
My own house cats used to have their own bedroom – before children came along. And I wanted to create their own secure, private room within the cat hotel. Each room is fully insulated, plastered, and heated, just like they would find at home.
Each room has a bespoke activity all with wall-mounted scratch posts, wall beds, shelves, and comfy sleeping spots. There’s plenty of spaces to hide – especially for those who need it during the first few days. But there are also lots of places to explore and play.
I would hate for any cat to feel lonely or abandoned whilst away from home. That’s why I spend lots of time with each cat throughout the day.
One of the hardest things about leaving your cat in the hands of someone else is not knowing how your cats will cope without you. But with my daily updates you’ll be able to see exactly what your cat gets up to on their holiday so that you can relax on yours.
